Sharon Steiner Hart is Certified Professional Coach, based in Los Angeles, CA and she is the President and Founder of Birth Your Dream Life Coaching. Sharon's passion is to help women find a balance in their lives. With Sharon as your coach, you will explore what limiting thoughts and old habits are keeping you stuck, how to manifest the life you really want to live and begin to dream big. Sharon has helped helped countless clients find their true passion, change careers, start businesses, get back into the workforce, align their actions with their values, connect with motherhood in a deeper way, find peace and balance and persevere through the highs and lows of life.
Trying to figure out how to start a business or being in a career transition will be easier with the help and guidance of a certified life coach that is holding the space for you. This is very different than talking to a friend or colleague that may bring their own opinions into the conversation.
As with anything, what you put into the coaching relationship will be what you get out of it. The transformation is a process, but the pace is ultimately up to you, the client. Sharon has clients in many different time zones and most coaching sessions are done by phone.
