"What is the time and financial commitment?"
Time commitment is really up to you. Most clients choose 3/45 minute calls every month. This includes unlimited email support as well. The time is ultimately yours and will be customed designed to fit your time schedule and personality style.
The investment for monthly coaching is $275 per month. You will find very quickly that it is worth every penny and more. Once we get started, most clients let me know I could be charging a lot more for my services. That is a true testament to the value they receive from our time together.
"What about group and corporate coaching? Will my employer pay for this?"
Coaching is becoming a staple in corporate America. It is a great tool for employees in transition, professional development, management and group/team dynamics. Many organizations are finding the value of coaching far out ways the cost. It's a great investment!
