Personal Coaching Services:

As your Personal Coach, I will help you set goals and benchmarks that will enable you to manifest the life of your dreams.  Every area of your life can be targeted as a point of empowerment and improvement including:  friends and family relationships, health and fitness, career, finances, love and romance, environment, fun and recreation, as well as anything else you can dream up!  Coaching is not therapy or counseling but simply a vehicle for you to realize your own potential.  That means the answers lie within you, not your coach.  You, the client, are the driver of this dream bus and only you will decide where to go.  Throughout our relationship will enlist tools and even assign "homework" that will assist our journey together and help you gain clarity about your own desires and goals.

*Discovery Session: This session can be done in person or on the phone.  This session will be more lengthly than weekly appointments and will serve as a starting point in our coaching/client relationship.

*Weekly Sessions: Weekly sessions include 30 minute phone calls every week and unlimited email support. 

Professional Coaching Services:

Working with businesses that want to improve the quality of life and work for their employees is one of my biggest passions.  Creating an environment that fosters open communication and support to working parents is one of the best ways that employers can help employees reach their full potential.  Providing resources and discussing topics that matter most to your employees via monthly "brown bag" lunch meetings, or other forum that best suites your culture, is a great vehicle toward improving employee morale and revitalizing your employees.  One on one employee coaching is also available through custom designed packages.
