Sharon's  experience and skills set includes leader in sales and client services, entrepreneur and educator, and offers a rich knowledge base that her clients benefit from.  Throughout every opportunity she has maintained record levels of success while balancing her roles as mother of two and wife.  Pioneering small businesses while continuing to find the joy and blessings that her family offer her daily is by far her "greatest achievement".  Sharon believes in living life to the fullest, whether she is enjoying a gourmet meal or hiking the beautiful Blue Ridge trails, every day is an adventure. 

Sharon's education and training in Professional Coaching is through the The Coaches Training Institute (C.T.I.), the industry leader in coaching education.  Her interest in becoming a Professional Coach was born after working with business coaches to improve her sales strategies and performance.  Using her new skills to help friends and colleagues, she realized that her true passion was helping others find their passions as well.  

Sharon's business background includes working with Human Resources Departments to bring solutions for new mothers that are re-entering the workforce.  Offering support to working parents is an area of passion and expertise for Sharon.  She has worked with some of the countries top companies, including: NBCUniversal, Warner Brothers, Taco Bell, Yahoo, Sempra Energy, Ernst & Young, TCW, Latham & Watkins, Paul Hastings and many others.
